Shipping policy

Every vendor ships, one order to track.

Vendors ship from their own warehouses, set their own fees and show their own delivery times. You get one order reference that tracks all of it.

1.Who ships your order

Oasis doesn’t hold stock or run warehouses. Each item is shipped by the approved vendor you bought it from, from that vendor’s own warehouse, using its own carriers.

We deliver to business addresses in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We don’t currently ship to US territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States.

2.Shipping fees

Each vendor sets how its shipping is charged: a flat fee per order, often free once the order reaches an amount, or the carrier’s rate for the parcel. It is charged once per order with that vendor, not per item, and shown on the offer next to the unit price. Offers are ranked by total, meaning unit price plus shipping, so the offer at the top is the one that costs least to have delivered, not just the one with the lowest sticker price.

At checkout, shipping is shown separately for each vendor in your cart, and all of it is included in the one payment. Nothing is added after you pay.

3.One order, several shipments

If your cart has items from more than one vendor, the order is split behind the scenes. Each vendor packs and sends its own shipment, so one order can arrive in several boxes on different days.

You still see a single order under one reference number. Each shipment has its own status, so you can see exactly what has arrived and what is still on its way.

4.Delivery times

Every offer shows the vendor’s estimated delivery time, in business days. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. The clock starts once your payment is confirmed. Weekends and public holidays don’t count.

Vendors must ship within the handling time they publish (“Ships in N business days”). Oasis may suspend a vendor that repeatedly fails to.

5.Tracking

When a vendor sends its shipment, it adds the carrier and tracking number. You can find them in your practice portal, listed under your order reference, for each shipment separately.

6.Restricted and temperature-controlled items

Products that need a professional licence are only sold to practices with a valid licence on file, and are shipped to that practice. Temperature-controlled and hazardous products are packed and shipped by the vendor in the way the product requires, which can limit the carriers and delivery methods available.

A vendor may require a signature on delivery for licence-restricted, high-value or temperature-controlled items, so someone at the practice should be available to receive them.

7.Late, lost or damaged shipments

If a shipment is well past its estimate, the tracking has stopped updating, or a parcel arrives damaged, contact Oasis rather than the vendor or the carrier. Keep the packaging if it is damaged.

We will follow it up with the vendor. Where the problem can’t be fixed, we will send a replacement or a refund, as set out in our refund policy. Questions go to team@greateroasis.com.
