Built to work for everyone.

Oasis should work for everyone who orders supplies for a practice or sells them, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, magnification, voice control, or who are sensitive to motion.

We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. That applies to the public site and to the practice, vendor and admin portals.

• Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, and you can always see where the keyboard focus is.
• Menus, tabs and question-and-answer lists follow the standard keyboard and screen-reader patterns.
• If your device is set to reduce motion, we switch off the animations. The scrolling logo strip stops when you hover over it.
• Text is checked against its background for contrast, including on our coloured sections.
• Every form field has a label. Errors say what went wrong, next to the field it affects.
• Pages work at 200% zoom and on narrow screens, without scrolling sideways.
• Pages use headings, landmarks and descriptive link text, so they can be navigated with a screen reader.

We check accessibility as we build, but we haven’t yet had an independent audit. So we don’t claim that Oasis fully meets WCAG 2.2 AA. We aim to meet it, and we fix problems as we find them. When an independent audit has been done, we will publish its results here.

We don’t currently know of any issue that stops someone from completing a task on Oasis. Any we find will be listed here until they are fixed.

We aim to reply within 2 business days. If you’re trying to place an order and something is blocking you, say so, and we will help you complete it another way while we fix the problem.
